SHIPPING POLICY
After confirmation of payment we aim to post your products within 7 working days of receipt of your order and we will send you an email telling you that your order has been despatched. All UK Inland orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Postal service. Please allow up to 4-5 days for actual delivery as Royal Mail 1st class Signed For post is not a guaranteed next day service and liability will not be accepted for delayed delivery caused by any third party. Your parcel will only be considered missing if it fails to arrive 20 days (15 working days) after dispatch. I will resend or offer a full refund including postage should your parcel become lost however I won't resend or offer a refund if after checking details I have been given any incorrect postal information (i.e. a wrong address) as Royal Mail will not compensate for any non-deliveries where the delivery information is incorrect.
If you are not in to receive delivery of your parcel, and the parcel is returned to me because you have not checked with your local Post Office to see if they are holding it for you, I unfortunately can't be responsible for the cost of redelivering the item to you. I'm happy to resend the item but there will be an additional postage cost incurred.

Return & Exchange Policy
We are happy to accept returns and you can do so within seven working days from the day after you receive your products. However we can only accept returns if the item is in perfect condition, unopened, unused and suitable for re-sale or if the product is damaged and you are returning it for this reason. Products that are sealed and this seal has been removed can only be returned if they are damaged. We will only refund the original postal costs if the item is being returned due to a defect.
Procedure for returns
Please email info@nbkskinandbody.com or telephone 07928 706 308 initially to discuss your concerns or to give me the details of any damages. I'm more than happy to sort out any issues you may have.
If the products are being returned please repackage the product in its original packaging or should the original packaging you received the product in be damaged or destroyed then please make sure that the returned product is adequately packed for shipment.
You are responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs when returning the product. However you will be refunded the cost of standard postage when returning a product if the product was incorrectly sent by me or where the product has been returned due to damages.
A refund will not be issued if the items are lost or stolen in transit to us. Where a return is lost or stolen in transit, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return.
Subject to the above, I will refund the purchase price of a returned product within fourteen days of receiving the returned product. Please note that I will not refund any delivery charges from your original order, unless the product you are returning is damaged.
Cancellations
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) directive you have a right to cancel your purchase. However, to exercise this right you must notify us in writing via email to info@nbkskinandbody.com or in writing to Kim Meek, 8 Union Street, Monifieth, DD5 4NG within seven working days from the day after you receive your goods.
No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) directive once you have used your product, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason. Goods that are sealed and this is removed can only be returned if they are damaged. No right of cancellation exists for personalised goods or goods that are intimate in their nature or goods where there may be hygiene issues, unless damaged.
