Data gathered via consultation forms and the website for online sales is held within NBK operating systems and processed at NBK operating offices and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. Where some of this information is held in paper format (consultation forms) these are locked away in secure storage. Consultation forms will be retained by NBK for a period of time such as complies with professional, legal and insurance requirements.
