Jikiden Reiki is authentic Japanese Reiki in its beautiful purest form. Unencumbered by any Western influences It maintains the integrity of Usui Sensei’s original teachings. Jikiden, a Japanese word, means directly taught or directly passed down.

Mikao Usui Sensei, the originator of Usui Reiki Ryoho (Reiki treatment) wanted to pass the ability to carry out this wonderful healing on to others, so he developed his method – Shin Shin Kaizen Usui Reiki Ryoho (Usui Reiki Treatment Method for Improvement of Body and Mind). This is the method that continues to be used with Jikiden Reiki Practitioners and Teachers worldwide today
