Learn Jikiden Reiki
Shoden Level

Learn Shoden the foundational level of Jikiden Reiki and gain an understanding of original Japanese Reiki techniques. As there are no contraindications to reiki it makes it suitable for everyone. Practicing self-healing and helping family and friends makes reiki a wonderful addition to healing for yourself and within your circle.

Jikiden Reiki is a simple and efficient healing therapy which works incredibly well alongside other holistic therapies and western medicine.

​

Every single one of us have the ability within to practice reiki. Attending the 2 day seminar enables you to learn the history and harness the knowledge and processes to begin your own reiki journey.

​

Jikiden Reiki Shoden Level is open to beginners and students who would like to repeat the training.

 

Seminars are small with a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 6.

What is covered during the 2 day seminar

  • The history of Jikiden Reiki

  • Key reiki words

  • Receive 3 Reiju (a process which aids the channelling of reiki energy)

  • How toxins accumulate in our bodies and how we can enhance our natural cleansing ability – Shizen Joka Sayo

  • The concept of Byosen (energy blockages) and how to detect them

  • Gokai – The 5 principles and how they support reiki healing

  • Reiki practice – experience giving and receiving reiki

  • Traditional Ketsueki Kokan-Ho (Kekko) massage to improve circulation

  • Reiki techniques for first aid

  • How to practice reiki at home – Hatsurei-Ho
